Here are just a few more pictures of Vancouver. All in all, it was a pretty awesome spring break though maybe a bit too short. Sooner or later I'll give you guys a link to the site that my camera posts pictures to so you can see all of the pictures I took!
oops, I'm going in reverse order here. I went to Granville Island the day before I went to Stanley Park. I decided to be a wuss about getting there and just took an "aquabus" over there
Sure enough the aquabus took me right to Granville Island. I hadn't eaten since breakfast and it was about 1:00 so I was definitely ready for the Market. mmm reuben...
After lunch I just wandered around and looked through some shops and happened to walk under the bridge during a free Tibet protest (it was the anniversary of the chinese takeover).
In case you were wondering what the red bull car looks like, I saw it a few times while I was in Vancouver
So right after my awesome self portrait on the beach, I kept walking around Stanley Park. Stanley Park is huge and really amazing. It has some really great views of the city and the harbor. I was distracted by Lion's Gate Bridge when all of a sudden a freighter comes up right in front of me!
I watched it go under the bridge too, Vancouver is a busy port!

well here's a picture of me at a beach in Stanley Park. I kept putting off blogging since I didn't really know what to post. So, we'll start here. This is just me at a beach in Stanley park. Behind me is north Vancouver.
